Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers!
- Residential rates fall between $75-95 an hour.
- For workplace / business organization, the range is $95-125 an hour.
- For either type of work, it is very difficult to estimate how much a project will cost until we get started. There are many variables in play such as: how big the space is, how much stuff is involved, how quickly you can make decisions, bigger items can actually take less time than smaller ones (ex: garage will go faster than paperwork / filing). And as with any purchase, the money you choose to spend is simply relative to the investment you’re willing to make in becoming more organized. Unfortunately, just like joining a gym to accomplish personal goals, this process is not a ‘quick fix’ in the majority of cases.
We handle both residential and business organizing. In the home we will organize anything from a pantry to a garage. In the workplace, we provide productivity consulting, paper and digital systems, multi-user spaces and systems, time and task management, and more.
Absolutely. We offer workshops that can be tailored to very specific needs of your employees, club or community audience. The No Mess No Stress Organizing Bootcamp® is just one of types of programs we can bring to your group.
The owner of Charm City Organizers, Mary Cate Claudias, CPO®, speaks to groups quite often. Please call for more details and availability.
Yes we can, scheduling and availability allowing. If you have more than 3-4 weeks advance notice, please give us a call. Our team organizing sessions are becoming increasingly popular and with more than one organizer on the project, results can be amazing.
Typically we recommend 3-hour sessions. If you’d like to go for longer than 3 hours, and your organizer agrees it to be a good move, we’re game if you are!
This is our most difficult question to answer until we can see and better understand the scope of the work. Sometimes, a simple reorganization of a closet may only take 2-4 sessions including installation or implementation of the final system. A home office with a lot of paper may take upwards of 20-30 hours depending on the system recommendations of the organizer.
